your paper is a good start, but i feel that it needs a little more evidence to make it more concrete.

its a good start. you may want to add some qoutes about ethnics. and add a little evidence from the books. you could also have a little mini experiment with a cashier, try seeing if they actually says the same thing word for word to all of you.
